Ludo Income Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
Welcome to LudoIncome, a gaming app that provides online games with cash prizes. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

4. User Generated Content:
You are responsible for all User Generated Content that you submit to the App.
You agree not to submit any User Generated Content that is:
Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
Contains any material that is false, misleading, or inaccurate;
Infringes any third party’s intellectual property right;
Contains any virus, Trojan horse, worm, malware, or other harmful or destructive code;
Impersonates any other person or entity;
Solicits personal information from minors or
Violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
5. In-app purchases:
You can purchase virtual items and features within the App using real money. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you download the App.
6. Cash Prizes:
You may win cash prizes by playing games on the App. Cash prizes are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cash prizes will be paid into your account within 72 hours of winning.
You must be at least 18 years old to withdraw cash prizes.
You must provide valid identification to withdraw cash prizes.
Ludo Income reserves the right to withhold cash prizes from users who violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Intellectual Property:
Ludo Income owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the App and its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the intellectual property without Ludo Income’s prior written consent.
8. Termination:
Ludo Income may terminate your account or your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. LUDOINCOME MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LUDOINCOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability:
LUDO INCOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
11. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LudoIncome, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
LudoIncome may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the App. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updated Terms and Conditions will be deemed your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
